We are located on the 8th floor of the 10-story office building next to Saint Mary’s Hospital. Our cross streets are 10th St. and Anaheim Ave.

From The 405 Freeway South (Los Angeles):
Head South on the 405-S
Exit Atlantic Ave. (Long Beach)
Turn Right on Atlantic Ave.
Proceed for about 2.25 miles on Atlantic Ave.
After crossing Anaheim Ave., take a Right into the parking lot

From The 405 Freeway North (Orange County):
Head North on the 405-N
Exit Atlantic Ave. (Long Beach)
Turn Left on Atlantic Ave.
Proceed for about 2.25 miles on Atlantic Ave.
After crossing Anaheim Ave., take a Right into the parking lot

From The Vincent Thomas Bridge (Palos Verdes)
Take the Vincent Thomas Bridge/Terminal Island/Long Beach exit onto CA-47 N
Continue on West Ocean Blvd.
Take ramp onto I-710 N toward Pasadena
Take the Anaheim St. East exit onto West Anaheim St.
Turn Right on Atlantic Ave.
Proceed for half a block and take a Right into the parking lot

Parking

Patient parking is available on the 3rd and 4th floor of the parking garage located at the bottom of the building. Although we do not validate, the first 30 minutes are free. Parking will be no more than $2 for a general office visit.
